Recall Notice: Disney the Forky 11" Plush Toy

This recall relates to the 11" “Forky” plush toy from Disney Pixar's popular Toy Story 4 movie. This toy comes with poseable arms, base, a rainbow on top of the foot, and “googly” eyes. The eyes have three parts including a white base, a clear dome, and a black disc inside the dome. A tracking code can be found on the label sewn to the base. The following tracking numbers are affected:

Concern/Hazard

The “googly” eyes on the toy can become detached, which creates a choking hazard for young children.

Remedy

Consumers should take the toy away from children immediately and return it to any Disney Store, Walt Disney World, or Disneyland Resort store for a complete refund.
